Question about the rear difusser...

It says that it has exaust bezels. Is this "bezel" actually conected to the pipe itself? Or is it just like a window for the actual tips to look through. I hope I didn't confuse anyone. That is the best way I could put it. Please

its a "surround" if you want to call it that.

basically imagine the outside airflow traveling between it and the exhaust pipe itself, then the exhaust coming out with the air going between the two, it will help pull the exhaust out increasing its efficiency.

That is about the best-worded response possible.

I have no idea why I'm reading about aerodynamics. Bezels are purely cosmetic items. It's just a trim ring that goes around the exhaust openings in the diffuser.

See the blue ring around this beautiful timepiece? Bezel.

Chrome rings around the gauges? Bezels.

and the use of the term "bezel" that was used in the OP has nothing to do with the types of bezels you posted.
the OP was referring to the diffuser itself that surrounds the exhaust tip.

if more air is forced around the end of the tailpipe it increased the velocity of the air creating low pressure causing exhaust gas to flow more freely and possibly suction on the exhaust, at a high enough speed.

in all reality do i see this as a usefull performance enhancer? no in practicality, but atleast in theory it is possible

Note the chrome trim around the exhaust openings. Those are the bezels. Purely cosmetic.
