Exactly... if the car looked like your posted picture, that package would be worth at least $10k. (fascia, hood, wheels, custom intakes, paint, spoiler..)

They charge more for the TF edition, charge a little more and get the color right.

How much is a "little" to you? Because I promise BB's color is a lot more than a "little more".

We know the movie car is a custom hand paint, We GET it!!
Using standard paints I'm SURE they can get the color pretty damn close.
Shade now is just wayy far off. It's like they didnt even try to come near the real color.

That would be because they didn't.

Doing that would require the design and validation of a brand new color (which could take 5 years' time from start-to-finish) and then adjusting the plant for said color...it's not as easy as picking a color and spraying it on a car...unfortunately.

Maybe if Bumblebee and the Transformers Trilogy had been anticipated in 2004, we could have a darker yellow.

I know the sunset gold is a lot of $$$ but they could at least use a color that looks close or closer. There are a lot better shades of yellow than what they use. I like how they did the stripes but I don't know about the weird letters. You have to be a pretty big fan of TF to like those.

uh *cough* like me *cough*

the font is called "deception graffiti" its on the front and rear window. Its basicly the Dception version of the Auto-bot font i looked it up myself.

Side note i think its cool that my version of an anti-bee is more close to the new bumblebee due to me adding in the letters. And yes it does say something it has 24 chars all letters in some shape. That says "Nightfall" across my front wind shield

I just thought of something else....

About the paint thinking about it i agree with everone. Chevy did screw up on it and heres why. When you order the 45th camaro you get Carbon Flash Metallic paint. The ONLY way to get it on the camaro is to order the 45th package. NOW i know Carbon Flash Metallic paint has been out for awhile on other cars just not the camaro. So in logic thinking chevy COULD have borrowed another darker yellow paint from another car. Put it as a speical one off paint on this car much like with. Carbon Flash Metallic paint on the 45th. Made it more "bumblebee" color maybe not metallic or pearl like sun set gold. But to match it more closely with the movie car
