fuse pull??? not sure what that is, I had to run midgrade for 4k miles. I'm back to running 91 octane for the past 5 fill ups.

4k FT MSL and its el paso, humidity is very low except for the rainy season, 26% current

Best advice is to read this: http://www.rangeracceleration.com/ . He is the king of the M6 trans and holds and breaks records all the time with the manual trans.

Ranger can run the same car a full second quicker than I can with a manual....all in the technique. And we race professionally. I am just not good with a manual.

V6's with good CAI's run 14 flat in good air. Mine does, and, I know others that do.

A manual SS should be running low 13's, unless the DA is high.

That track does not come up on Dragtimes.com, but, I've dug a bit and found that the DA was stupid-high... 6,803! Your time converts to 13.238 @ 109.374 MPH, so, you are in the right ballpark.

14.3 @98mph BONE STOCK LFX 2LT when it only had 950 miles on it. I'm in the top 5 of the 1/4 mile stock V6 post. Now at 3300 miles and lots of goodies added 14.02 @101.56mph on motor. 13:07@108 on the spray in 2nd gear and up. 1st gear won't hold to the track with stock tires and an open diff. Just get in some practice and enjoy it, don't beat yourself up it all comes in time. Make it enjoyable and it will come easier.

There is your problem, or atleast one of them. you need to open your fuse box and pull the #5 and #20 fuses. Let it sit over night (at least a few hours) before putting the fuses back. Your running on the low octane table right now.

What do those fuses do? Can you explain the octane table? Thanks in advance!!!

el paso is on a plateau. you can't compare your times to sea level dudes....

new jersey tracks and the area can get negative density altitude with the right weather. that's like a tiny supercharger! not mention atco's finish line is 3 feet lower in elevation than the starting line.....

lol, 0ft sea level is 14.7 PSI so the psi goes down as you go up in altitude. I dont think comparing el paso plateau 3638 ft to sea level is accurate =/ So I agree with above post!
