many GM vehicles have it located on the central support in front of the radiator

I had to replace mine on my Dodge Caliber. It was right up under the facia just in front of the bumper. Made me glad I had an OBDII reader. Part was $14 from the dealer and replaced it myself. Probably saved over $100. My advice would be to go get the part so you know what you are looking for and check under the facia. Should be there somewhere.

in layman's terms, generally 8-12" above the pavement, behind the front fascia. your readings should be 6-10 degrees above actual ambient air temp because of reflected road heat.

in my Crossfire, it was 4-6" off the concrete and always gave a reading that made it look like you were driving through the 4th level of hell during a Texas summer.
