Last night, my Dad took me to my soon to be high school for band kick-off camp and while we were inside someone hit the front end of his VR 2SS/RS. The clear bra took most of it, no dents, but on the passenger side a little bit of paint is gone. $600 clear bra is ruined, plus whatever the paint damage is. Don't know who did it so all the money will be out of pocket. Will have pics up soon.

With some luck, I'm hoping it can be polished, I'll have to feel it tonight. Paint isn't cheap ya know. Anyone have an estimate on what paint would be for that.

We wouldn't have expected this. He parked with no one around, it's just unfortunate. We doubt whoever did it knows they did it because it isn't a huge spot.

i used to road race and had a miata . . ok . . shut up . . it got hammered in front of my house and at target with my wife. people just suck.

I agree, never take your Camaro to a high school. No offense, but young people are to busy to watch what they are doing. Alot don't respect a nice car like the Camaro

I'd swap more than insurance. The police might be interested by someone leaving the scene of an accident.

(So I guess now the cops in your area have two people to look for?)

They're going to have to paint the whole bumper. At least that's how it looks based on the pics. I feel your pain.
