Mud flaps?

Yuck, was just looking at a Camaro at a local dealers online display and it had mud flaps on all 4 corners! Totally not my style. How are these mounted? If I tell them to take them off am I now dealing with a car that has holes somewhere to collect water and rot the car out some day?

Well if they are OEM then i'm pretty sure they have some screws in them and please call them splash guards...we don't put mud flaps on our Camaros

I have them on my 2011 2SS and i tink they are the best invention ever. They have saved my car from massive rock chips. I have talked to other camaro owners and they wish they had them.

I have the stealth ones from RPI designs and I'm glad I do. You can hardly see them.

Mud flap splash guards (like the ZL1 ones) or the body color quarter panels? I need something, and I am not sure how I feel about the first option. I still need to see those in person. I actually like the look of the latter though...

I love mine, and no there will be no holes to worry about if you take them off.

I had a 2011 2LT/RS Victory Red Camaro and tha area around the gills was getting chipped up. I now have a 2013 2LT/RS CRM Camaro and before I ever drove it off the lot had them factory installed. No more chips; besides I was pleasently surprised of how I like the look.

just remember the color of your car in those areas where you took off the flares ......in one year the color will be light chipped white.....

I love mine. Helps protect the paint from rock chips (specially if you have the 20" wheels) and they look good too. Very easy to install and I'm sure easy to remove if you decide to. They won't leave any holes except the underside but it's plastic and it's a small hole, you'll never see it.
