Its still used. I wouldn't pay more than 50. Although, Does it have that atrociously expensive carbon fiber insert?

It was touched up for rock chips? Or did it get damaged lightly in a wreck? I'd be kinda suspicious...

Yeah I had to look at a ZL1 sticker again, dunno why I was thinkin' they retailed for 10K less this evening.

$50 k would be a nice price on the used one.

If you're comfortable with it, do it. What were the options it came with? The base price of these cars was $56,500. Auto trans=more $, polished wheels=more $, carbon fiber hood insert=more $, sunroof=more $, stripes=more $. I'd say $50k tops, depending on options.

It's not wrecked. It has rock chips.

And OP, I too would start at 46k and not pay more than 50. Used is still used. And ask for a CarFax in case there's more to it than just an idiot with more money than sense (IE "color swap" on a brand new car )

Just a cynical guess, but probably more to it than just a simple color change.

Ask them to show you the warranty history and Carfax. I mean, Red with black wheels is a sexy beast. Who in their right mind would just have to get rid of that for a huge loss just for the color.

There is more to the story.
