That's only about 20 minutes away for me, but never go

I am hoping to do my first short session at mid-ohio on April 25th

just talked to my brother who lives 5 minutes away...lol

first day for test and tune is April 20th, every wednesday starts may 1st

Whats the requirements to run at mid-ohio? Iv never did any road racing type of stuff but think it would be fun to run around the track a few times.

And yea, iv known the dates for a while. Its torture knowing how far away it is though.

No vehicle requirement unless you have a convertible. Just bring a helmet

Well,they tell you to make sure your tire and brake pad life is more than half left.

Good thing I just bought new tires, my fronts are now waaay past due. It cost much to run there? Do they require ride along instructors and such for first timers or anything?

Ya, it costs money...

Price varies on what type of class activity you are doing. When I was organizing the full class it was $375 +/- and the open track time I am doing is $195 for 3 hours.

I am currently organizing a full day or almost full day wit them. Not sure on price yet.

I will Also be going to a few wed. nights at Norwalk (Summit motor sports park). I use to live ten min. from there that place is like a second home to me!

Any one looking to come to the mid Ohio event on April 14th-15th you need to go to clubregistration.net. Sign up find the event and pay. The people hosting this event are really great to deal with. It is for Entry level - novice drivers

I hope to get up to Norwalk a few times this year too. Norwalk is one of the best tracks in the country.
