I had my family doctor sign mine due to migraines.

Edog, any info you can share on price?

Going to try my physician who I've gone to my whole life...maybe they'll say yes. I went in to some random eye doctor, got a check up, and said "SIGN THIS!". xD!

LA Tinting does it for like...290?

where did you guys get the waiver form? Is there such a waiver for all states?

Also any recommendations on tint places in Southern MD?

You get the form from Dmv in MD and have you Doc fill it out and sign it.

I can check with some of my MOPAR buddies to find a place in S. MD to get your tint done.

I googled it, printed it out, brought it to my doctor, and mailed it to the DMV.

live2well, if your buddies know anywhere in S. MD let me know, thanks. Definitely the first mod I am doing to my 2SS is tinting the windows... it's summer and she is black on black! Gotta get the windows tinted.

D&L Tinting you pay a bit more but they usually do the best work and use the best quality.

I can't find the form for Maryland on their MVA site.. I searched google and found the Virginia one and references to a maryland form, but no form. Anyone know where it is, or do I have to go to a MVA office?

I did the same thing on my Jeep 5% on the hardtop and 20% on the doors I plan on doing 20% all around on the Camaro after I order/ received it .
