I just wanted to come in and let you guys know I'm still following this as best I can. I don't have any "inside man" giving me information or anything, but I am keeping an ear to the ground looking for news.

I did have a thought, though. A company involved in any legal discussion might not be at liberty to talk about the subject while this is getting handled. It doesn't make you or me feel any better about it, but it might not be their fault. Those sorts of things are up to lawyers and judges, not us.

As I've said previously, I would consider Pedders suspension parts of outstanding quality and certainly worthy of placement on my own Camaro, but if I were in the market right now, not knowing how long this could last, I would at least consider other options.

Let's not jump to conclusions. We all know that courts are notoriously thorough, and that means they are slow in handling their business. It affects all of us in here somehow, and I hope it works out for the best.

Pete and his wife have done amazing things for the us and THE CAMARO community. He has done a LOT with GM. Who was the first to put 19" 305's on ALL FOUR CORNERS? Now what does the Z28 have? He works with GM, who was the first one to get the GMPP logo on their product? PEDDERS

I was not and am not Trashing Pete. I am disappointed in the customer service. I know Pete has a done alot to help this forum and I guess since its not your car that's unusable its no big deal to you.
All I wanted is an email or a response to calls that have gone unanswered I don't think that is too much to ask. I know in my business if I didn't respond to customer with questions I would be done, legal issues or not

EXACTY! for those of us that do NOT know Pete, what we DO know is that pedders is a company that promises us product if we decide to give them our hard earmed money.
At the end of the day they have an obligation to send us or update us about our product that we ordered. I dont know what is going on or do i care about his legal trouble. If they have my money and they havent shipped , havent confirmed my order, or wont even return my voicemails or emails or give me a refund, they are essentially stealing from me.
This is nothing personal about Pete but if i havent recieved my items in 2 months and you wont even give me a refund you and your business are committing fraud. that why i had to contact my CC fraud dept to get my money back.
They dont have to tell me about their legal issues, just give me a refund if you cannot provode me with what i paid for.

DONT IGNORE ME AND KEEP MY MONEY!
