Eligibility: Any students currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program a registered nursing degree (diploma) program or graduate degree program (students in certificate programs would not be eligible) All eligible students are eligible the entire the period of enrollment and up to two years after graduation.

Comments General Motors is announcing a Customer Appreciation Certificate Incentive Program (09-14) for select customers who receive an appreciation certificate after attending an eligible GM sponsored event. Only one set of qualifying documents may be used for redemption per purchase/lease per eligible customer. The participant must be currently employed full-time at the selling/sponsoring dealership, Dealership employees can only purchase vehicles from dealerships where they are employed or from dealerships owned by the sponsoring dealer owner operator. The vehicle must be for the person purchasing it and it must be registered in their own name or co-owned with a spouse only.

Comments GM Cardmembers, whose account is in good standing, may redeem their GM Card earnings when they purchase/lease an eligible new and unused GM vehicle. GM Card earnings may be combined with other retail consumer incentives. This program is only available on deliveries to residents in the U.S. This program is not available on deliveries to residents of Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. GM Card Earnings are obtained as a percentage of all eligible credit card purchases (currently the program carries a 5% earnings rate). The cap on Earnings accumulation is $500 per account year. Earnings are valid for seven (7) years from the end of the billing cycle in which they were earned. Maximum earnings = $500 * 7 Years = $3500. Earnings redeemed can be greater due to the Gold Card Program and special offers.

So about 2 months or so ago I applied for the College Graduate discount and at the time the camaro wasn't listed. So is what you are saying is that ALL dealers will honor this discount for the Grad students? or is it at specific dealers only?

I should be picking up my camaro before the 30th so if this is the case that my dealer is participating in this i'd definitely like to be considered!

I just saw on another thread/post by another chevy dealer that a vast amount of credit unions were accepted for the discount. She directed me to a website to check my union's eligibility and it was on the list. I live in Maryland. are you saying MD is not covered under this discount. I need to know because I was going to approach my dealer about it asap.

Scotty, Thank you for such a wonderful post. I think many people are always looking for this type of info.

For those that are looking for the college grad program, do a search. This has been discussed many times. The dealers are not obligated to honor it. It is voluntary for the dealers. I called over 20 dealers to find one that would do it. Then I ordered.

Also, note some are not able to be combined. For example, the military pricing is supplier, so is the college. So you can't really combine both if they are the same pricing scheme.

A lot of these programs are voluntary participation on the part of the dealer.

Make sure you ask about whether or not a dealer will honor these on Camaro prior to ordering.
