So i placed my Order a few (3) weeks ago and when i check online to track my order it has been at the same spot for the past 3 weeks " Congratulations on placing an order for your new Chevrolet. Your dealer has received an order number from Chevrolet. Once your dealer has an available production slot, your order will be scheduled for production." is it supposed to take this long or am i just being impatient? Should i call the dealer as see whats up? Thanks for your help

Did you receive your order number? If so, go here first and track your car. Then go to the Order Status thread and post your order # and one of the reps will give you your Target Production Week if available.

If your order is still at 1100 you may want to call your dealer, Starting July 26th, unallocated sold orders for Camaro coupe and convertible will be processedby GM - that means no more waiting for the dealers to place them. This means once your dealer orders your car, GM will pick up the order and process it. It may not get pickedup the same day, but should within a couple of days of the order, unless the order has unbuildableoptions or holds.

I placed an order with my dealer back on 9/5/11 and it didn't move to 3300 until 10/7/11! My TPW is 10/31/11 so it may have been built this week? I hear it takes 3 to 4 weeks from being bayed to delivery so from start to finish I'm looking at almost 3 months! ARGHH!! YA gotta be patient.

well went to that website that Voodoo talked about and gave me this now .
"10/08/2011 (0500) Dealer stock order not entered into system. Please contact your dealer and see if another order number was assigned.
10/20/2011 (2030) Order edited or modified.
10/26/2011 (2030) Order edited or modified.."
