i have an ls camaro and i am changing my rims and tires out to 20's friday. i wanted to know when i did so would the computer still be able to read the tire pressure on the new wheels or would i have to go to the dealership for them to program the computer for the 20's.

I did the same swap on my LS , I went back to my dealer It did only take
5 minutes to reset computer , dealer did not charge me .

If you're having them mounted at a tire shop they should be able to handle it. If you are keeping the same sensors then you should be good to go...

If the shop doesn't reset your sensors let me know and I ll send you the directions, they are in the manual FYI.
