how do you get your foglights to come on with your halo's - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I have the rs halo's meaning my fog lights become my running lights. If I turn my parking lights on, the fog lights come off, the halo's go on. I have seen some cars with both on at the same time?
How is this accomplished. I would like my fog lights to be on with my parking lights also.....
anyone?

ten minute plug and play fix , works great for me , and i added the aac leds in the drl's and looks great also , I hope this helps

my buddy has a SG and his has a button in the middle of the light knob to turn the fog lights on. I guess his was one of the special edition SG and it came from the factory like that. There is a harness you can purchase to achieve that...I think its pretty pricey though!

No that means he has a non-rs. He has fog lights. Not DRLs

With AAC's harness your DRL's will be your fogs and halos on.

Wait. So all you would need to do is plug that harness and thats it?

Apparently none of you took the time to read your manuals to know if you activate both halos and fog lamps at the same time your cabin will spontaneously combust and you will die a very horrific and painful death.....read, read, READ people!

with this harness....do you have the option to turn the DRL's on or off......

or does this harness simply automatically make the DRL's stay on when the parking light and/or headlights are activated ??

I just installed a DRL harness today that keeps my Halos on in the day with DRLs and everything else off.

Then at night everything is on... DRLS and Halos

Bought the harness from a guy on the H-Town CC forums.
