Questions for 2 LT owners who have their car

I went to dealership yesterday to show my wife the car (they have a black SS on their showroom floor). She liked it.

I had some questions for the salesman who couldn't answer because he hasn't seen a 2LT.

So here it goes

1) The SS comes with the Brembo package. Are the 2LT brakes similiar in looks ?
2) Ambiant lighting. Is it standard or an option ? I didn't see anywhere to add it to the options and salesman was sure it was standard

Thanks In Advance

I ordered a 2LT....does it automatically come with the ambient lighting or do you have to order it?

I own a 2LT...The brake are not like the Brembos but they grab pretty tight. The Ambient Lighting is standard on the 2LT and 2SS.

When in doubt, check the "Wiki" section at the top of the page, it breaks down all the models.

Thanks for the picture of the Speedo... I wanted to see how it looked with so many more numbers crowded in than in the American brochure. It looks pretty nice but they kindof ruined the fuel and temp gauges! In the U.S. the temp one says C and H and the fuel one says E and F instead of those symbols. Looks way more retro with the letters.

Canada is a bilingual country so the symbols eliminate the need for 2 Canadian versions of the car

Cool that makes sense. What happened to 180 and 220km/h though??? Are you really going 180 when it says 200 or does the needle slow down when it gets up there and still read accurately?
