Anyone have us Penfed for your loan?
Im just curious to know how tight they are with lending and what customer service is like. I have almost 700 score with good credit history just no auto loan :(

Yes, I do. Got a great rate and they sent me a check before the car even arrived. I had 60 days before first payment.

I belong to Penfed and have excellent credit. I applied for a loan right at the time GM was talking about bankruptcy (June 09) and they refused me. I went to the dealer and GMAC gave me the loan, no problem.

We've used them for all our car loans and have been very happy with them. Can't beat their rates and we've never had an issue with customer service. I've heard they can be picky, however, with lending...

Have my 09 SRX and 07 Z06 financed with PFCU. Got 3.99% and all done through the mail.
Easy as 1-2-3 with great customer service. But I'm retired military and have been a member since 1977. Tom |

Quick question(s) on the pen fed loans
1. Do you need to be affiliated to the millitary in any way to get a loan with penfed 2. If yes on the above and you don't have any connection with the millitary do you still get the same rate (i.e. 2.99%) . By the way I'm assuming you all got the same rate Correct? Thanks in advance |
