This!
Even if you get the dealership to agree to try and fix it, chances are they will make it worse.

It's a 2015 with bumper to bumper warranty. Get them to fix it! Although I also agree with using a professional detailer who will do it right!

I noticed this scratch on my new SS after it was delivered. They agreed to take care it but in my mind it wasn't worth taking the risk of them making it worse and then having to repaint the door and blend the rest of the panels.

pretty hard to repair a lawn colored paint job!

you know man here's my 2 cents on the situation.

I bought my 2014 black looks ok but was very dirty, had them clean it off and detail it, they threw wax in there and it looks decent again but I could see all the scratches and little swirls and IMO if i'm giving you upwards of 30k my car better look perfect when I get it, so he detailed it. I picked it up at 7-8pm thinking it looked great, next day it looked like shit! So I had them do it again, looked a little better but not perfect, needless to say. I will never have the dealership touch my car again.

Watched every junkman video while playing warcraft 3 and tackled the job myself, 15 hours later my car looked pristine, absolutely perfect.

I would just bite the bullet and have it done by someone you trust. After what I've gone through with my new car (long story) there is no way I would let the dealer touch it again. I am just spending the extra money to have the paint corrected and re-sealed by a professional the way it should have been done the first time.
