Chest and triceps this morning!!!! Need advice good non jittery pre workout shake > anyone ? Am open to suggestions. People are really helpful here

Depends what you are looking for.

If it's pre-workout nutrition then keep it simple, dextrose or maltidextrose mixed with whey protein is ideal. you can use Gatorade or Gatorade crystals(Gatorade is sucrose, dextrose and electrolytes) orange Gatorade and Vanilla Whey tastes like a creamsicle. lol

If you're looking for a pre-workout stimulant there are many, one that has absolutely no jitters is Lean Revolution. If you want one for the "pump" then you would want a NO Booster but most of those will give you the jitters and some the shits mainly because of L-Argenine, AAKG and caffine but pre-workouts drinks such as NO Boosters do absolutely nothing to promote muscle growth or strength so rather than wasting money on them I'd go for the dextrose and whey and if you want a stimulant a cup of black coffee works.

Just finished my full body workout. 20+ inches of snow, 75 feet of driveway and a shovel. Time for a meal and a knap.
