I HAVE THE KEYS!!!!! (pics)

Well, finally I have my car. I picked her up on Friday and have been driving non-stop Everybody loves the car, even the skeptics I know that kept saying "Why are you buying a GM? They are going into bankruptcy. Your warranty won't be any good. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Now they are all say "Wow" or "Can I have a ride?" LOL

Anyway, I've been driving solid for 2 days. I have gotten a lot of stares, thumbsup, a couple I was in Wendy's eating my burger while sitting at the window over my car and 2 seperate cars pulled beside (leaving a space in between, how polite) and took pics of my car. haha. It was pretty cool.

To all the people that ordered the V6 you will not be dissapointed. I am so happy with the performace. I haven't pushed the pedal all the way down (trying to abide by the break-in instructions, it is very had by the way ) but this car has some real pickup and I could not be happier with it. The tapshift mode is cool, but I don't know how much I will really use it, but it is still nice to have the option. There is a small delay from when you push the button to when the car shifts, but it isn't that long. I love the Ipod USB connect and the XM radio. The upgraded sound system sounds great. The DIC is cool as well. In my first 200 km I am averaging 11.2L/100km. I have no idea if that is good or not...haha L/100km I have no idea

As for the visibility issues: I really don't find it an issue at all. Sure you are sitting lower, you have skinny side windows, and a smaller windshield. But honestly, it took me about 10 minutes to get used to my mirrors and where to look for my shoulder checks and whatnot. The only thing I can say is that the rear-view mirror is pretty big and blocks out some view out the front windshield. The view out the back window isn't bad at all though.

Overall this car is a A++ and I am so happy I waited 4 months for it!

And now, without further ramblings that you have all heard 10 times over....
THE PICS

Oh, some of the pics look really orange, but that was because of the camera and the way the sunlight was. The car is a Victory Red 2LT RS, sunroof, automatic
