Are the straight pipes SS or Aluminized?
I have SS. I haven't heard any Camaros with headers and the muffler delete, but I'm thinking it will be a LOT louder, but I don't really know.

In all honesty, I couldn't tell much of a difference. This is because I got the straight pipes put on before the car was broken in, so I never ran the car flat out beforehand. But you should check this thread out: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26993

Sounds like a ravenous beast on the prowl for horsemeat with a side of rice.

I can't complain enough about CA smog regs...

haha well thanks for your approval, and for your allowance of me having this car. In my years of driving, I have yet to receive a ticket ...knock on wood.

And here's a couple pictures I snapped real quick, just for kicks and giggles.

as far as I know (though I don't live in CA), the mufflers shouldn't effect emissions...though I do hear they are a little touchy on the volume of the car

Great clip. Perfect example of what you can do on a budget. Dont need to spend 500-1000 dollars to make it sound great. Video and sound were great.
