I dont know about you guys but I am dying for this weekend to get here already. I love engines and really I dont care if it is a Chevy, Ford, Mopar - but of course I am driving the best of the three choices

Thanks for chiming in Bumblebee. I had enough and just put the seats back in. I have your same exhaust setup except I have my resonators in place. The drone is not the problem, it is the road noise I'm experiencing from the rear bottom cushion which is where I hear a ton of road noise, it feels as if I'm driving with the windows down. I feel isolated from the rear portion of the car.
I understand what you said about the soundproofing and sound deadening, but my main purpose for the delete was to drop some weight, dropping 60lbs plus adding the heavy sound proofing/deadening material will not suffice. I do admit it does look cool to have 2 seats and the rear all carpeted up like Pfadt's car. Is there possibly another solution? A part of me really wants to do it without sacrificing my daily drivability, I don't want to mess up a brand new car. Quote:

yeah sound deadener/proofing would defeat the purpose of removing the seats... I know I added probably 100-200 pounds with just that stuff alone.. plus another 200-300 with alll the audio equipment, box, trim panels... looks bad ass but kills my ETs...

Haha, thanks for the feedback. I guess the rear seat delete would just be for aesthetics.
