Righton. Keep the faith, you can do it. The number one thing you need to keep away is the DESIRE to quit! You have demonstrated that now, just don't let it grip you again. it's hard, probably the hardest thing you will ever do, but you only have one body, respect it. Sorry to be hard on you, I don't even know you, but hard talk is what you need. Be proud of yourself, you took that step! Keep it up!
best,
eB

Rolling restoration over 10 years = $5000
$5 of gas burned in 10 seconds = Priceless!

Tonight, was probably the most tempting night and I said to myself this means to much to me. Am I going to let it control me, or am I going to accept that I've done it, accept that its time to end it, and continue to move forward.

Tonight I spent 6 hours in the rain, solid rain, covered in mud, looking for items that a person of interest dropped. I was only with one other person assisting me in the search yet surrounded by hundreds. Several of which were smokers. Frustrated with the lack of help from others, frustrated with the dampness overpowering my body, and frustrated with the cold creeping through my now weathered bones I managed to say F U to nicotine, and HI to caffeine.

Coffee is the savior of all, let no one else tell you otherwise when you're soaked.

One last thing -- Spanish Coffee wasn't; available but was my primary choice.

Still Smoke Free as of Wednesday December 07th, 2009 *midnight* -- and counting!

This thread is to help keep me on track so I don't look like a fool come summer with a cig in my hand.

Still not smoking ,even though i had a lot of temptation and desire after a night in the rain.
Not going to fail myself, I'm loving the feeling of breathing again too much!

that's good keep up the good work i did the same about 2 years ago i still the last pack i smoked with the date just to remind me when i quit. i feel better than ever congrats keep it up just think about spending 6 dls on a pack of smokes or putting 6 dls of gas into the camaro and drive it around.

If you feel your resolve weaken, focus on that. Ten bucks! x how many packs? Yeah. Save your money, brother, and if it helps... think about what you could do to your SS with that amount of cash!!! You're improving your health, and helping your car.

Win/Win situation here!

Depending on the Province, that's just for one pack!

Had my last butt on Nov 28 last month. Quit cold turkey too! Hang in there and just focus on how much healthier you'll be.

still going strong, not even one drag (slip up)

Im very motivated and its exciting everyday knowing that I'm beating one of the most addicting hard to quit problems ever.

I already have more energy, and generally feel better.. Granted I get that odd cough still from time to time which I hear lasts for quite a while...

Its the phlegm coming up right? (Sorry if that gross to hear for some)
