Now- any way to disable the low beam DRL other than turning off the Auto setting every time you start up?

VTSummit,

I think the DRL function is controlled by the ECU. The only way to get that turned off or eliminated is by having GM go into the computer and change it. Other then that we have not looked into rewiring or tried to find a way to turn that off.

Thank you,
Ricardo

I'll put my MDI on it and see if I can kill it. Will be getting those lights at some point. Are you going to carry the LED tail lamps from the same manufacturer?

So they say for a non rs is that because of wireing or bumper or both. Im in process of swapping front bumper on my 15ls to an ss. Would they work if swapped to an ssrs bumper? Think shop might have ordered parts for an ssrs instead of just ss and would tell them just go ahead with it if these fit

oglk,

The headlights will work on a V6 or V8 bumper without any issues. The mounting points are the same for either model of car so as long as you have a Non-RS the headlights will work.

Thank you,
Ricardo

Led bulbs

I have these headlights and I have been looking for some good and bright led bulbs for them. The bulbs I have tried have not projected the light well enough to drive safely at night. Can anyone link me the kind I need to get?
