Fired aluminum case, nylon jacketed bullet ammo (9mm) for the first time.
No problems. Weapon looked a little dirtier than I expected, clean it tomorrow.

This past week I took some time off work and went down to St Joseph MO to go out shooting with my best friend.

Heres a video featuring 2.5lbs of tannerite and a 20lb metal mower blade
http://youtu.be/G37pIRpAPv8

The firearms we had with us were:
Firearms we had:
Glock 21c-- my carry weapon
Savage 338 110ba
Savage 308
Savage bolt 223
Kel-tec 9mm
AK-47-- mine
Ruger mk3 22
Gemtec suppressor
Copious amounts of tannerite
Many more to come. Here are a few pictures as well:

This was a lawn mower blade I picked up to do some penetration tests. Well it was a lot more sturdy than I thought it would be!

But the frying pan didnt hold up to anything! Except for a .22

Especially when this was placed under it

Frying pan after

but then we placed the lawn mower blade and the pan on top of 2.5lbs of tannerite

The mower blade was blown about 300ft in the air and embedded itself 3/4 of the way in the ground

my glock

Very nice!
I used to think suppressors were over rated. But now I shoot often enough to appreciate the health benefits. Talk about double standards. You have to muffle your car but screw you citizen if you want to shoot. What about second hand noise and your kids?
Bravo my friend!

Been a while, but I recently went to a gun show to pick up a new optic for the AR.

And I found an EOtech 511.A65, slightly used, for $300 even.

Not a damn thing wrong with it.

Took her to the range and got her zeroed. Then I put 2 holes in a random spot on the target using my Bone-Stock Yugo SKS (123 grain FMJ mil surp ammo) then 4 shots using .223 55 grain Hornaday Steel Match with the AR.

Moved out to 50 yards and did 1 shot per .75/second and got this:

I think I made out well this weekend.

He told me that was the best damn answer he ever heard.
