Seriously done with this camaro

I finally got my car back yesterday after another 2 weeks without because they had to replace the engine. I drove it back to work, and it was fine. I drove it home and it was fine. I tried to go out to get food lastnight and it would not start, and every light in the car went haywire.

Now i've had a new clutch, a new tranny, and a new engine...... and now this!!!!!!

I'M DONE!!!!

Lemon, surely by now they should have offered you a new vehicle. Otherwise I would be done with that particular Camaro as well.

WOW, that sucks. I guess every manufacturer has their occasional lemon.
That's the first I've heard of such issues. Sorry for your situation.

Yep...this car certainly qualifies for the lemon laws. Ask them to replace it with a new one.

I doubt this car qualifies for lemon laws. Usually the dealer has to be able to reproduce the same issue 3 times w/o being able to fix it. This sounds like a bunch of different (huge) issues.

I would not be surprised though if you were able to call up GM and get a new car. Or maybe the dealer will get you one. Either way I would be done with that car too.

Has your car been in the shop for more than 30 days already? That's the first question to ask.

http://www.carlemon.com/lemon/PA_law.html

I'd do the research, and proceed along these lines if so.

It's that, or if the car has been in the shop for 30 cumulative days. His car has been in the shop quite a bit, so it might qualify after he takes it in for this. We'll see.

They should upgrade you to an SS for all of the headaches you have had to put up with.

Stay friendly with the dealer (for now) remember THEY didint build the car, just sold it and they can also work for you with GM to replace it even before it's classified as a lemon. If you get pissed with them, they will certainly not go out of there way to do anything for you.

I sense after all that replacement, a new car is coming your way, be patient, be on the dealers side (for now) and keep asking them to help you just replace the car.
