Strange catback question
A borla ATAK catback is completely the same as an axleback, besides that you get the piping or? So I mean the last piece tip, muffler and short pipe is the same, correct?
If that is like this, could I connect a cut stock muffler to that new catback piping with a clamp, because this is what you do with the axleback? Do not ask why I need to know this, but I have to pass inspection in Germany in some years and would like to just keep the stock muffler and swap before. |

Yes, but you'd have to have a seperate "sleave" between the end of your catback pipes and the cut off stock mufflers. They would both be the same diameter, unless the ATAK is a 3" system all the way out.
The stock mufflers are 2.5" |
