Here is a reference. The 140mm seemed to be the right fit for my setup.. (ice-olator, 2 oem gaskets)

Thanks Rfa, good info (and nice pic!).

And since you obviously do things right- I'll suggest a flat washer under your bolts, the OEM are flanged so they don't require one.

It doesn't really matter, but the last couple ft/lbs of torque go a little smoother with one!

Now that all this is said and done, I can definitely say that Jays ported intake and the iceolator KICK MUCH BUTT!

I can't help but wonder if I should have went with the 1" spacer though...

Thanks for ur info, it helped alot!
I am doing a black ice with 2 oem gaskets, also rx plenum spacer with 2 set of gaskets(x-wing and square).
According to Tracy, 150mm with only black ice and 160 with black ice and plenum spacer. But it seems too long as shown in your picture, I think 150mm will be a better suit for black ice and plenum spacer. Any thought? Thanks!

BTW, how about the other 2 bolts, are they the same length as the 4 go through the plenum cover? Thanks!

I believe all 4 bolts were the same.

And I would listen to Tracy over me. All I can say is in my case, the 150mm seemed too long.

Thanks for ur advise.
There are total 6 bolts go into the head, I am wondering the other 2 bolts, are they same length as the 4 bolts we talked about here?

The vertical bolt holding the very back of the IM is the shortest- stock it's right about 100mm.

And the 6th bolt is the only one on top outside the plenum cover or lid. I'm pretty sure it's slightly shorter than the plenum cover bolts- just about 125mm.

When I installed my 1st Mace 25mm, I used this bolt to replace the shorty in back and it worked great.

Thanks for your info. It's really nice to know the actual length.
I am doing a RX Black Ice and a RX Plenum Spacer installation, don't wanna use the stock bolts since they will only have about 5mm thread left to hold strength.
