ZL1 Alignment
I remember a lot of talk in the past about front & rear end alignments for the drag strip. After a quick search I didnt see much about the front/rear alignments for the ZL1.
Has anyone crossed this road yet, and if so do you rememeber what the specs they/you used. The below example specs where posted by JusticePete Last year that I found in the SS section. Im not sure if these are even close to right for the ZL1. Front Toe 0.00 Front Camber -1.00 Rear Toe IN 0.10 Rear Total Toe 0.20 Rear Camber -.050 Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

A lot of experts when it comes to Ported Throttle bodies and what catch cans to use... But talk about best drag rear alignments and it's crickets.

GM also has a list of their recommended alignment specs. I can't find the link for some reason and there is a video with this information but I wrote it down.
Front Camber -1.50 Front sum toe +.1 Rear Camber -.75 Rear sum toe +.1 Cold tire pressures 28F/28R before track session.

Stephens specs are what you want for road track use. But if drag racing you would want the rear tires more flat on the pavement for max traction. So rear camber you would want closer to "0".

Just went through this on my vette. If you want to maximize drag strip performance, the best way to do it is to put ~400lbs in the trunk to simulate it squating/accel then align the rear to zero camber/zero toe. That will be positive camber when sitting. I just had my car aligned yesterday and went with +.2 camber and zero toe, but wanted a good in between. If you do it the way the fast IRS guys do like I said above, you will land up with ~1-1.5 of postive camber depending on how much the car squats with the weight.
