Summit White Orders - post your TPW - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

The OrderWorkbench went live on June 8. Orders could have started moving to status 3000 (a really, really good thing) as early as June 9, if a dealer had a consensus spot for the June 4 system pull and June 9 lock-in. (If you don't understand the process, search the Forum, it is all out there somewhere).

Summit White in the paintbooth is/was dependent on the model changeover from the 2009 to the 2010 Impala, which shares the same paint system at Oshawa. Accordingly, the earliest TPW would be 7/13.

I've gotten some reliable information that the Impala line starts back up during the week of July 20. That means that Summit White on the Camaros should be in sync with Impala production...remember it is a dual line, flexible plant.

All of this being said, if you have a Summit White order AND you're at 3000 or better, what is your TPW?

Thanks~! At 54, it is all about cruising in style comfortably with a great sound system. If I can hit the open Interstate at 65-80mph and not get beaten to death by stiff suspension, then I'm happy.

Working on music to load on a flash drive for the first outing. Steppenwolf and ZZTop come mind as the opening acts.

I find out tomorrow--my dealer here in California is doing a follow then..Ordered 7/10 Summit White 2SS/RS AUTO Black INT. SUNROOF. As far as I know I'm still @1100 but then again I'm not in a rush got GMS pricinig and I hear that by the time these next shipments come in around Sept-Oct(FALL) 0% financing will be avail....

I'd be pretty skeptical about the 0% financing part. GM can't build these things fast enough to keep up with demand, so there's no need for incentives right now.
