What Bra To Get (2013 HWSE 2SS)

Hey all,

I'm looking for suggestions on a bra for my 2013 HWSE 2SS. We're going to Camaro5 fest this year and want to put this on for the trip over and back (and any other longer trips we may take). It won't be on the car all the time. I suppose one thing I have to wonder about is dealing with the splitter (it has the 1LE splitter on it). It would nice if the bra had the nostril cutout, but that's not necessary.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

2013Sizzer!

clear bra hands down. they range from $400-$750 depending on how much you want covered. for example, mirrors, half the hood, front bumper, side fenders, rear fenders etc etc

Are the clear bras removable? I don't want anything permanent.

They are semi-permanent. I have left mine on for years, but you can peel them off without any issue if you decide to. No harm to the paint.

What about this new item that recently came out.

I have been looking at a cologan, but mixed reviews. Some say it fits loose and that would cause scratches from dirt getting underneath. They make a film you can put on for a trip, but doesn't look to good, wouldn't put it on your Hot Wheels! Like zkdreads said, clear bra is the way to go and that way you can get whatever you want covered.
I did outside mirrors, edges of both doors and under trunk lid and inside door handles and can't really tell unless you are looking for it. Clear bra isn't something you would take off though.

I've had a couple of friends prep theirs with gloss clear or matte clear plasti dip for driving to Sturgis this last week. Saw the matte one at cars and coffee and it looks good, plus it will provide protection. Simply peel off when done. They paid 150.00 to mask and dip the entire nose of the car. Just another option...

Used to run a bra on my '84 Monte SS until I realized it was doing as much/more damage that the chips it may have prevented, plus running in the rain issues. More trouble than they're worth IMO.
