Here is a quick little video of my Camaro down at Mooresville Drag way (1/8th mile). Im still learning how to launch with the new rwhp in the car, but as it got later in the night my times got better.

Best of the night was a 6.8 @107.9mph

when i ran the 6.8 @107.9mph i was running Micky Thompsons R2 street radials. they do a great job, how ever, i am still learning how to launch with this kinda power.

there was a Baby blue mustang coyote (highly modified) that was running 7.1/7.2 most of the night. But not much else other then the all out drag cars.

I took your advice and changed my tires..... dropped my 60 ft from 1.9..... to 1.6. Crazy the difference the right tire makes. still dont have the best possible tire on there, but im slowly learning how ot launch it.

At least you have the right attitude. Going fast, consistently, takes time and practice. Approach it with a shitty attitude and you'll get shitty results. You're doing it right and will be rewarded with great results.

That's seriously hauling the mail. My 10.7x car only did 6.9's @ 102+mph. 6.80's at 108mph? You're a low 10 sec, high 9 second car with traction.

He has a 9 second car, no doubt, but 6.80's in the 1/8th isn't anywhere close to the 9's in a gen v. You need low 6.3's to get a 9 second pass.

This chart is pretty accurate.
