on topic. do we have to register to just show up? my 98 won't ummmmmmmmm make it.
Nope. The registration is to help them plan on the number of cars to expect. This particular dealer location is landlocked on three sides and parking will be tough between the cars displaying and them relocating the lot cars. They've done it for their other shows and shouldn't be a problem this time.

Mine will be 2SS/RS black with the IO interior. Hopefully, I'll have it in time to bring..........

This thing could get big!! They might have to clear the whole lot out if people come out like they are saying.

The more the merrier.

If I can get people to work for me I will definately be there. I have yet to be able to see one in person. I was planing on going to Richmond Va sunday because they are supposedly having one there but I have to work all day on sunday So I will just have to wait to get down there or hope that fbodfather comes through VA

But anyway I am planning on being down there the night before getting a room and getting there early.

Fbodfather just posted this on 5thgen.org

Let me say something about Rick Hendrick and his organization......

Rick bleeds bowties.

Moreover -- he hired Mr. Jim Perkins -- former General Manager of Chevrolet Motor Division (and GM Vice President) when he retired in the 90s.....

Jim is every Camaro Enthusiast's best friend.

Jim NEVER stopped campaigning to get the Camaro back into the portfolio -- at every GM meeting, he'd bring the Camaro to the forefront of discussions.

He was our guest at the January 8th Camaro/Firebird event at the GM Heritage Center (on the eve of the unveil of the Camaro concept on January 9)......he was one of the first to arrive -- and one of the last to leave that evening........

Messers Hendrick and Perkins are some of our best allies - and if you are ANYWHERE near this event -- PLEASE -- I beg you -- show up!!!

You will not be disappointed -- MOREOVER - you will show your support for two men who have dedicated themselves to the Chevy Camaro!

Shake their hands and say "Thank You!"
