This a an awesome ides; count me in!

I wonder if this is something Camaro5 could sponsor and maybe GM would assist.

Wow, my 2011 Indy Pace Car TPW is 05-06-2011 and I am Retired Army, so maybe I will be one of the lucky ones to get a set of badges and the discount when I take delivery in May... Thanks GM, this is an awesome program. I am truly blessed to have served and it’s nice to see all of the supporters here on Camaro5.

Congratulations to Bob Rusin for coming up with this idea. Proof to me that GM does consider ideas from enthusiasts.

Unfortunately, IBM is not available on the Camaro due to the Japan disasteer, There is no other blue available for the Canaro so I guess black was the best replacement they could offer.

I think this is a great idea...but it stops there. When I got my Camaro I learned that despite qualifying for the military discount that dealer participation was voluntary. So despite being eligible, my dealer would not honor the discount and that was that. So, for me, this ends at "great idea". Now, make it an across the board no holds barred REAL discount that applies to everyone eligible then you can make a big deal out of it. If a dealer can be arbitrary about honoring it, then it is a BS promotion. It was bad enough the previous owner discounts didn't apply to the Camaro, this one just added insult to injury.
