AAC LED Scanner Install Help
Ok so i got the Scanner installed in the mailslot but now the only problem i'm having is the powering/ground part. I'm a noob when it comes to wiring so can anyone help me here. Yes i've used the search function and I see where to put it in front of the fuse box but do i just "twist" the red wire on it? Or am i supposed to bolt it down somehow. Same goes for the ground.
lastly is this the remote that's supposed to come with it? How come in the AAC video it shows a keychain looking on? This remote seems cheap. and I can't even tell if it's actually working when i press the buttons. Isn't a red light supposed to show up when i click buttons like regular remotes? Sorry for all the noob questions. It's dark and i'm just trying to get this done lol.

Alright well i got it to turn on. Any word on how i can get a sweet keychain remote though lol

My dynamic scanner had a very different looking key pad. How did you install the scanner 3M??

Ahhhh someone told me to use the 3M tape and then to also super glue the push tabs that look like Christmas Trees to the back of the scanner and align with slots. It was bumble bee I think. His is the best scanner install I have see so far
