Optium spring rates for Gen5 Camaros?

There seems to be no consensus on optimum spring rates by various
coilover manufacturers. Then again the springs need to work with the sway bars and the shocks damping need to work with both. So it seems that a specific coilover should have a recommended sway bar setup as bigger is not always better when it comes to bars!
