Seeing as I have almost as many posts as you do on this board, I could hardly be considered a troll. As for not getting one, time will prove that one out.

Seems like you're always "just sayin". When it comes to this forum, I sit somewhere inbetween the people who think the Camaro is going to be God's gift to the ponycar segment and those that feel that the Mustang is a piece of crap. It's obvious that my lack of loyalty to any one brand or model and objective point of view about both the Camaro and Mustang bother you. Sorry, but you need to get over it and move on.

Your not going to go 800hp with that Warhawk unless you go FI. Waht is your target hp and how are you getting there so we can do a real comparison???

Uh ... already been there, done that & got the t-shirt. Made over 900 Normally Aspriated on the last one. (have another almost done & ready to go on the dyno next week. Should make 950 or so NA. Stop by and check it out if you want to) BUT the Camaro will not be that outrageous. That was a "race only" engine. This one will be a pump gas 900FWHP from one of my "already proven" combinations thank you. It should put down 700RWHP through the stick and be daily drivable w/ pleasant idle quality. LOL. Already done it to a few Vettes. This one will use an F1 Pro-Charger. Using twin turbos, 1000RWHP is easily attainable on pump gas if you know what you're doing (again, been there & done that, old news)

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with LPE, just that I aint spendin $40K for something I can do for less than HALF and make MORE power. Thats all.

Talking I'll take

this one: 550 HP Supercharged TVS1900
L99 6.2 L automatic transmission
Lingenfelter air intake system
Corsa cat back exhaust

Shouldn't cost to much!! 5K-6K over the car cost?? No Really I'm sure it will be in that price range

I am a strong supporter of Lingenfelter. I have an L.P.E. Z06 and multiple people in my family use their packages and products. I could not be happier. They take the time to tune their cars greatly and if you want to make your beast sing they will do it for you. These packages are able to make way more horsepower they dont maximize so that the cars have great street characteristics and "hook". I am either ripping putting in a new LSX engine or letting LPE get ahold of my new SS. As far as the warranty goes with them there is some fine print...but I can personally testify that they will take care of you. My current vette has not had any problems I have the 660hp package andI had them add some more items. I drive it hard track it hard and no problems and I still get great gas mileage. My previous vette had an issue and they took care of it right away. Not only are you paying for a name but you are paying for years and years of knowledge and excellent customer service and that is worth it to me.

WOW! that sounds pretty reasonable for LPE. I have known many people that have spent a crapload more than that there and results have varied. If you are not mechanically inclined, I suppose it is a good alternative. I do this stuff for a living, so I just cant justify paying someone else

We have a long relationship with them..I feel you on the tooling on them yourself. Honsetly I will work on anything from the late 60' early 70's etc..but the newer things with the computers etc..i kind of shy away from...lol
