Help please

Ok guys and gals I have a 2010 2SS and right now it has the headlights with halos around the bulb, but the fog lamps are the old school type no halo and different kind of light. I want my fog lamps to look like the headlights do with halos and same lighting type. What do I need to purchase? I know this is old news to some folks but I am new here so be nice...thanks in advance for the help guys...

You don't have fog lights.

They are Daytime Running Lights.

You need to do some rewiring and talk to AAC or Showstopper

Sounds like you need a set of halo's however no guarantee that the white LEDs will match exactly.

As IROCanSS said, those are actually DRLs and not fog lights but they are in the same location as a typical fog light. On a non-RS they are actually fog lights with a push button switch and all. You'll notice that you don't have a switch to turn them on/off. That's because they are supposed to come on automatically during the day. For the RS the DRL is the typical fog lights....for a non-RS the DRL is the headlight running at a lower wattage.

What you'll want to do is switch out your DRL bulbs to something like AAC's Pw13 bulbs. They may not be an exact match but they'll be a heck of a lot closer. This is a pretty easy mod to do as well.

Do a search or Google Advanced Automotive Concepts (AAC). Read up about them or give them a call.

Keep researching and you'll see several other memebers that have added them. You'll also find some DIY posts so you an get it done easily.
