#3 And a little follow-up,.... I was able to find a witness. They stated they saw a white pickup back into her car and the driver even got out and walked back to look at what he had done and then got back in his truck and drove off. And NO,.... the witness didnt know the idiot and didnt bother to get a tag number.

Next basketball game, go check out all the white pickups in the parking lot !!

seems like the harder u try to avoid stuff like that the more it happens i can take my work truck which is still clean and could tell if antthing happen to it and park it anywhere and never get nothing , but before i got my camaro i was in my mothers ford 150 roush and i and to stop at wal mart and parked at the end of the lot so no one would park around me and i come out to a buggie pushed put the side of it . i was so pissed i worked at a body shop for a few years and i knew right away i could just buff it out but that wasnt the point i go in and get a video and it was some punk just pushed the buggie after unloading it and i mean not just a light push he pushed it with everything in him and it finally rolled to the truck and scratched the shit out of it. walmart paid for the truck to get buffed. but seems like no matter where u go it something. if it a nice ride ppl cant keep away and end up hurting it and dont care it not theirs so they walk away.

How true, people do not care. A couple of days after I got mine, I had to go to the store for something, there was quite a few open spots right by the entrance, but I parked further away where there was almost nobody. As I got out of my car I noticed an older guy going to his truck with a shopping cart that was about 2 lanes in front of me. I stopped to look, and don't you know he loaded up is truck, and just let the cart roll back. I had to dash to catch the cart before it hit the front of the Camaro. After I got done there I had one more stop across the street same deal, plenty of parking in front of the other store, but elected to park out of the way, came out of the store and some moron of a lady parked so close to the passenger side door, she almost hit it while winging open her drivers side door. The only thing stopping her was me yelling to hold on. She looked at me as said it's just a car.

It's past time for someone to develpe expanding shields for vehilces. When you lock it up, they expand some bullet proof baffles to protect the car from doors and distance challenged a**holes. I guess then they would have to ram the cars to damage them. Personally, I think it's a conspiracy.

If I park alone, then see someone is next to me I always look at my car, always.

Very sorry to hear all these horror stories! I'm actually proud to admit that my Camaro is a "garage queen". I NEVER park it out of my sight and only do so when I'm having a cup at Starbucks and then she's within sight incase I have to hot foot it over to "help" someone out of their parked car.
You can't trust ANYONE these days kids! Do yourself a favor and cut the odds, if you can't afford a beater, DO NOT purchase your dream car until you can!

My wife used to laugh but now understands why I always park way out in the parking lot far away from people and other cars if possible. We went out on a date in the car a few weekends ago and parking was limited but I found a suitable spot with a large parking stall. When we came out to the car a little later fortunately there was no door dings...but guess what was there??? Some A$$hole spit on the drivers door and window....WTF!!!! Disprespectful A$$holes!!!

Yeah,.... I can't stand punks like that. I have finally realized that it dont matter where ya park at. I really feel that there are low life thugs out there that enjoy doing crap like that and they don't care where you park.
