So I figured I would update my post. It's been a real busy past 3 months and a lot has happened. So let's start with the obvious. I upgraded the go fast parts on my Camaro by paying J-Rod Speed Shop (Jaime) and told him to have at it. So let me list the things I had done to my car and followed by some pictures..... so here we go !

- BTR stage 3 Cam n/a
- BTR 660 spring kit w/h titanium sprint kit
- Titanium retainers
- Hardened pushrods
- Spark plugs
- MSD spark plug wires
- 160 degree thermostat
- Melling pump
- Katech timing chain
- GMPP CNC ported heads
- GM LS7 lifters
- Holley fuel rails
- Holley Billet plus shifter
- ZL1 front and rear sway bars (thanks Chris)
- Tick performance clutch line upgrade
- BMR Trailing Arms
- Transmission fluid change
- Front and rear differential fluid change
- CFM valve breather ( thanks Kristen)


I figured since it was there getting work done, might as well make it worth my while. Clearly this basic cam job snow balled out of control but the end results are AMAZING, all thanks to Jaime & Jaime Jr at J-Rod Speed Shop.

So Jaime said that when it was all said and done, my car put down 483 hp and 450 torque at the wheel. Here is a link to a video of my car at idle. I already had TSP 1 7/8 heads, 3" American Racing exhaust w/h X-pipe and a Borla S-Type axle back installed prior to visiting Jaime. My tune was done by Matt from FSP.
