4 pack gauge cluster

does anyone know if you can put the cluster in a 1lt or a 1ss are the connections there? i went to my dealer today and he said i could buy the kit for like 450 bux but will it work it comes with cluster, gauges, and a harness connector he printed me a diagram of the cluster and a tear down of my console

if the wireing is there and its plug and play i will try myself but i cant get a strait answer from the dealer and i cant find an answer on here i wish i could find someone who already did it

The 4 pack gauges from a 2LT/2SS will not work in a LS/1LT/1SS. You need to buy the gauge pack accessory from GM. And from what I hear, the LS/1LT/1SS needs to be updated/programmed in order to "activate" the gauges.

And the release date of the 4 pack gauges is not known.

My salesman told me it could be done and that the guages would be available soon. I asked before I bought but still opted to buy 2ss

The wires are not there. I already tried buying the gauges and puyying them in but a guy from Oshawa pm'ed me and said there are not enough wires there.

I ordered the gauges 4 months ago and am still waiting, No one knows when they will be available.
