In theory, it shouldn't. In practice, it might, if your dealer finds them and makes a big deal about it. My dealership hasn't said a word to me about any of my modifications.

However, you may have an issue if your car throws a CEL due to the catalysts working below the efficiency standard, but those are rare. I've had mine on for probably 4 months now with no problems.

All it will do is void your exhaust part of your warranty. They won't fix an after market exhaust and they shouldn't have to since it's not stock. Like DSX_Camaro stated, if it throws a CEL dealing with emissions they will not cover you. I have a SOLO HFC for 5 months now and had no CEL.

They sound awesome, honestly. (First time I started mine up I had the same, uh, "popping" that the ZL1 has) Definitely louder and more powerful. I think it has an advertised 15-20 hp gain? Not sure. But it made a very nice difference in the seat of the pants feel.

Just a reminder, the high flow cats do not play nice with an IPF supercharger for whatever reason. Just in case you were ever thinking of doing one down the road.

Not to derail you, but it seems that that is only an issue with the V8s (probably because the S/C V6 doesn't make enough power). I haven't seen anyone report issues on the V6 forums... and even then it seems like ANY cats, not just high flows. As all the V8 guys say that when running a S/C you should be catless anyway.

Actually we have seen cats collapse or at least begin to collapse on couple different IPF V6 cars here on the site.

Are people just running catless now somehow? Race pipes would be nice...
