Vararam's better than CAI's unit how? I'm seriously asking because I was just about to pull the cord on the CAI, Exhaust and throttle body...

Add me to the list please.

I talked to Steve a few days ago and he said hopefully within 30 days they will be taking orders.

Looks IMO.

Either way they are both the highest quality you'll find.
I don't say that from my own experience but those of countless others. Everyone seems to love them and the gains they make.

Does anyone else think that this won't be released before 2013? Have they even started working on it yet? After the massive delays that they pulled on the LLT, I have serious doubts that we will see it this year.

I'm getting a green filter for now, as Vararam's own website shows that it is a good option. It should buy them a little more time before I give up on them and buy something else.

spoke to Vararam rep at Caslisle and he told me they are redoing the V8 to debut in August and the v6 will probably have the same styling so maybe by fall.

Wait. Then why did They tell me in July they will be ready for v6 when I spoke to them two weeks ago? This is BS. Ordering CAI...

Email from Vararam on 6-26-12

"We are just now finishing up the 12/13 V-8 model. The V-6 is next."

I too am looking at getting a Cold Air Induction system soon. VERY soon. I'm considering VR or CAI. But, if it's going to be a long time to wait for the VR, I'll probably just go with the CAI.

I'm becoming more and more skeptical...the VR intake on my Silverado flows almost as good as the Gm performance intake on my last truck... The build quality is not even close (GM WAY!!!!!! ahead). I'll wait a few more weeks before I by something for my LFX. Speak up VR, Is something awesome on the way or should I go with one of the many already out there begging for my cash??????? Signed, tired of being led along like a puppy!
