PCMforless is probably a better option. Jet Chips were good back in the days before tuning got big, but you'd be better off spending the $ on a real tune for the car. I had one in my '94 Z28. It was okay, but not amazing.

+1

you beat me to it......I would save the money you would spend on that to get a real tune from a dyno tuner. With that product you are halfway to getting a tune FOR your car. Not some generic tune that fits any car it is plugged into. There is no guarantee that it will get you 25 hp.

Spend a few dollars and have the car dyno tuned. Will pick up a few horsepower most likely. And yes it will void the powertrain warranty, just like using a hand held or changing the pcm.

It seem like jet is a joke these days from their maf to now this.. hmmm..

Why in the hell would anyone claim up to 25hp with no dyno to backup? There site seem to be dyno free lol.

I agree with everyone. They copied the Granatelli MAF for 4th gens also and that was a big joke.

on top of this......remember, when it stated "UP TO 25 h.p." you COULD get 25.....or you most likely will a big fat ZERO......and their claim is still LEGALLY true.

And this is from a company that takes stock MAF's, sometimes add O/S ends and then solders in a different resistor then adds a sticker. That is EXACTLY what JET MAF's are!

So you all are saying that a plugin module also voids a warranty?
What if you unplug it before you take to a dealer, how will they know you had it plugged in?

The PCM keeps a history of all changes. GM will know.

Your doing it again, that ostrich thing

Had one of yours in my hand, stock MAF hacked with a dremel, OS ends, simple resistor soldered in. Tested it, ain't calibrated, just skewed by the change in resistor value. Litterly thousands of posts googled showing lean, misfiring pigs due to your MAF's.
Leaving people outright in the dark, no money returned if even email's, calls etc were done, against a line in your sig!
