Local grudge races
Not all of of C5 guys are die hard drag racers but I did enjoy a weekend grudge race every now and then at the local track. First time out, my stock L99 (with exception of CAI) ran a best of 8.54 in the 1/8. Had fun but wasnt consistent with my lauches and for some crazy reason I thought I could "out shift" the computer...WRONG! I kept bouncing off the rev limiter at times or shifted too early and that killed my runs. Just posting to say that you dont have to have a super fast car to have fun racing with the locals in a safe environement and not the street. The fun part of grudge racing was shooting the bull with other competitors and seeing who was better at lying about how 'slow" their car was. LOL!
... "Hey dude would you give me 2 bulbs" on ya?

Nice.... Do a few more bolt-ons and you might make a little money on some betting.... I'm 7.72 in the 1/8th 18's front and back.
