Well she's at the dealership. I won't hear anything until they look at it tomorrow.

**Update**

The 5th bow is indeed broken. The service person told me everything has to come apart and it will take a while to fix it. He said he will call me sometime next week when they are close to having it fixed.
They don't have loner cars and "may" be able to get me with a rental car on Monday if I need it. Luckily I have a way home from work today and I'm off Sat,Sun, Mon.
Not really much else to say on that. That's where its at and I'll let you guys know when its resolved and post before and after pics in case anyone else has this issue in the future.

P.S. Thanks for following up Brandon. For me this falls under the stuff happens category. It's covered and I'm sure I will be back in business before I know it!

Everyone have a great weekend!!

This happened to mine. I took it in and they replaced the 5th bow. When I got home I opened up the top and and the same problem occurred when I closed it. The dealer said they would have to call GM because they didn't know what the problem was. The guy who fixed it originally said, "I don't understand it, nothing is sticking out or blocking it". I'm still waiting for that call back haha.

The service at Ed Bozarth in Las Vegas was great. It looks good, just need to give her a wash. I sure did miss the car but it was minimal impact to my life, plus I'm a very positive person and enjoy life no matter what comes my way.

That is awesome! I will definitely document this feedback in our database.

They fixed that 5th bow very fast. As if YOUR CAR was not the first one they have fixed. they even got the new replacement bow very fast too. That's pretty amazing.

Did they really only have your car for two days ?
