Probably should replace springs every 60k miles. At a conservatively estimated 12k miles a year average that means a five year life span. Following standard straight line depreciation principles that would mean with no residual value and a starting value of $250 dollars the springs would depreciate at a rate of $50 per year. There by dropping the value to $150 dollars after two years. I would say his estimate is close to accurate.

I love this thread because this puts the shame to all those people on here trying to get what they paid for it back at resell. It's called depreciation unless they was brand new in a box and never installed what is stopping us buyers from spending the extra 25 bucks and getting them new?

If I was trying to get what I paid for them, I would be asking $249 shipped. Thanks for your input. How about if you're not interested in purchasing, don't even post at all? If someone wants to buy BMR split drop springs for brand new, then so be it. I am not stopping them. Love the peanut gallery we got here
