Much props to FSP!!!

Got my ARH headers and cats installed along with my Dyno tune at FSP yesterday. Matt, Rodney and Russ where great, I'm glad I pick this shop to do my install. From loaning me a car to go site-seeing with my wife, to loading my car with my old parts. Top notch guys, I highly recommend them. And much props to Nick (From ARH) for getting these headers to FSP in a very timely manner.

Oh and did I mention how much more I love my car now, ARH and Corsa FTW

I plan to see them again soon for a suspension upgrade, cant wait for that!!

So I have a slight issue with my tune, I got a CEL. I contacted Matt who said with the codes I got he must have forgot to shut off the rear O2 sensors (or something along those lines) and apologized many times. People are not perfect and sh$t happens, no big deal. Besides the joy of the car well outweighs the CEL!

But this is how you conduct business the right way. Matt did not say drive back down (about 120 miles) so it can be corrected or make any excuses, his 1st and only reply was, I'll make a trip up you so I can correct my mistake.

This is how you run a business and keep people happy! And this is why all my future business will go to FSP, and why I will recommend them to all my friends and people on C5.

100% amateur mistake on my part forgetting this. No adverse effect at all on the car or drive-ability, just annoying to look at a light. So yes I'll be driving on up to Felix because it is not his fault that I missed these. Luckily he has a code reader so he can clear them and I'll be up this coming weekend.

I debated on posting about the CEL (did not want it to seem like I was upset, cause I am not) but I felt the response from Matt warranted recognition!

Oh and bring me some business card when you come up so I have some to pass out. Meant to ask you for some on Saturday and forgot.

Seeing this thread makes me feel good knowing there is at least one GOOD vendor in the Tampa area that doesn't make it a regular habit of pissing people off.
