2SS/RS Painted Aluminum Polishing

Hi,

Washing my car for the first time. I have the factory 20" wheels on my SS and believe that they are Painted Aluminum wheels.

How does one go about keeping the shine alive? I just washed them with car soap... they look decent now, but I know in the future they wont. What have yall done?

In my case; Zaino, Zaino, Zaino.

I've used it on all the cars I've detailed, and the wheels look great.

I bought some Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish. I used it in an inconspicuous part of my wheel (I hope)... but it didn't turn black like the directions said. So I immediately discontinued use. Outside of the internet, where can one pick up Zaino locally?

I've only been to Advance Auto Parts... so maybe Autozone or Pep Boys?

You can contact Sal Zaino, www.zainobros.com, and see if he has a distributor near you. Unfortunately, it's not available over the counter. :(
