Request for Camaro Underneath Photos - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Guys,

I know this sounds like a weird request but does anyone have any good photos or video showing the underside of the new Camaro. A bunch of us Shelby GT500 owners are going after Ford about the severe rust under our cars and would like to compare it to the camaro which I have heard is a lot better. If this is the case we would like to use the comparison in a Youtube video we are doing.

The 2010 GT500 is a total rust bucket underneath.

I know this might be considered "helping the enemy" but it would be much appreciated. The harder we push Ford, GM, and Chrysler the better each of our cars become.

While Ford did a lot of things right with the 2010 GT500. Some of the Quality was not Job 1.......

but sorry i do not have pictures of the underside...
think you could post some of the GT500 so we could see what you are talking about?

They don't call it a "Rustang" for nothing! LOL LOL

But srsly guys - check the photo section, try some searches. The Noweeds video shows the underside of a 5th Gen while on the lift. There's a few around.

Hey man, I have to agree with you.

I am afraid to park it in my driveway because it may leave rust stains on the concrete.

I've seen a few pics of the new Camaro on a lift. From what I remember the rear is painted underneath.

No problem man, Good luck with your fight. The Camaro is VERY CLean underneath and SOLO did an amazing job mirroring my system so it looks even better now.
