What else can I do??

Ok I have on order.

1. Billy Boats 3" sport Catback Exhaust Threw "Maryland Speed"
2. Kooks 1 7/8 headers with 3x3 High Flow Cats Threw "My local Dealer"
3. "CAI" Cold Air Intake. Threw "Apex Motorsports"
4. My local Chevrolet Dealer has a Performance division equipped with Dyno and they will be doing the install and tune.

So with out doing major reconstructive surgery on my engine with a cam or supercharger, what else do you good people suggest I can do to get more performance out of my camaro?

I have a 1SS automatic by the way.

Thank you too all that reply.

i believe you pretty much have the bolt-on side taken care of. I would maybe port the intake manifold and throttle body, pulley change, and i think that's about it. But that would require taking apart some things.

JayC, is the dealer going to maintain your power train warranty since they are doing the tune? Just curious.

What about going into the suspension now. Springs, Sway Bars, Trailing Arms, Toe Rods, Bushings.....etc.

What about gears. A set of 4.10s will wake the car up even more!

If you have an M6 I would put in an aftermarket shifter......I suggest MGW

Have you taken it out to a drag strip and try to see what it will run? That's where you'll probably see that you need some suspension stuff and/or race wheels/tires.

How about changing your camaro's rims to aluminium? I think it is lighter than steel rims.

I did ask him about this and his response was, yes 100%. The guy im talking to is the manager over the entire shop and he has assured me that I will be covered. He and alot of the employees there have camaros with cams and superchargers on them. I trust him and im happy to be working so close with a dealer. Cause if I do have a problem, they did all the work.

I just purchased everything yesterday, so it will probably be a month or so before I can do that. But I will and will post the results as soon as I can.

Ahhhh......I see a new set of Trailing Arms and drag radials in your near future...

Suddenly you'll be trolling the Suspension Section as I did after my first trip to the track.

When/If you get to the point of needing Trailing Arms....look at Spohn (Del-Sphere version), BMR, or Pfadt.

Anyways, suspension would be a good way to go. That will help get more power to the ground. Drag radials is a good thing too, I'm trying to find some for mine but I'm having problems with that...lol I don't know were to look!
